Kenneth Ealba has over 30 years of senior financial management experience serving in positions as President, Vice President, Controller, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ealba’s career has also included the responsibilities of telecommunication and information technology oversight. Prior to joining Kairos Development International, he was appointed Treasurer/Controller of Diversified Glass Services, Inc., an 80 million dollar corporation, which held several subsidiaries including Henderson Glass, a multi-branch retail glass operation. His areas of responsibility at Diversified included treasury management, shareholders communications, cash management, accounting policies and procedures, management of information system and mergers and acquisitions. The employee benefits and risk management departments also reported to him. Mr. Ealba has also been involved in many international trade transactions which include infrastructure projects and as President of Quanta Environmental Energy Technologies Ltd has brought to the forefront a new technology which converts waste products (MSW, Commercial and Industrial) to e-coal an environmentally friendly source of fuel. Mr. Ealba has also acted as a consultant for the Governments of Morocco, Iraq and Canada. Mr. Ealba earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance in 1973 at the University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan. He has sat on several corporate boards during his career and was a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
Robert L. Adams has over 20 years of international financial management and consulting experience. He has held positions in the Corporate Financial Advisory Services Group (M&A) at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been involved with hundreds of acquisitions and advisory engagements for private, institutional and corporate clients. Prior to founding his own specialty advisory services firm, RLA Capital, he has held executive management positions at United Technologies (UTC) and Ford Motor Company. While at UTC, Robert was responsible for the financial analysis and management of the Supply Chain across all of the UTC Divisions. His organization supported over 100 factories in 45 countries. While at Ford Motor, he was directly responsible for $9 billion global commodities supply chain for all of Ford, Lincoln Mercury, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda and Volvo. At Ford, his organization supported 75 factories in 23 countries. Over the years, Mr. Adams has consulted in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, chemicals, financial services, healthcare, technology, natural resources, personal services, publishing, real estate development, telecommunications, and travel. He has worked with a variety of offerings ranging from a few million to $5 billion. His expertise is garnered on understanding the business fundamentals and then application of the appropriate technical financial expertise. Mr. Adams graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering from Purdue University. His has MBA from University of Michigan with a dual concentration of Finance and Accounting. His professional accreditations included membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Management Accountants and the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA). Mr. Adams is a native English speaker and is a competent in German, Portuguese and Spanish.
Giacomo “Jocq” Carducci, 57
Obtained Bachelors of Science in Marketing & Management, with minors in Economics & Finance from the University of Detroit in 1987 and has over 35 years of financial services and sales and marketing experience.
Beginning in 1988, Giacomo worked for over ten years as an investment consultant for Dean Witter Reynolds. He then became a partner in a private boutique brokerage firm in Detroit until 1998, managing client’s wealth accounts and raising capital for small privately held companies.
In 1999 he became the Marketing & Sales Manager for Americare Medical in Michigan, where he built from the ground up, a healthcare network that would serve the uninsured and under-insured through the Americare Card- a low cost annual membership card that could be used to save upwards of 60-70% on doctor’s visits, prescription drugs and many other medical and elective health services.
Starting in 2003 to present, Giacomo Carducci has served as a licensed independent insurance specialist, consulting for companies from 20-800 employees for their health, life and benefit needs.
Throughout all of these life and job experiences, Giacomo has maintained a passion for seeking ways to bring a clean coal and energy alternative to the market and believes strongly in what Quanta Environmental Energy Technologies can do to solve the world’s elimination of plastic waste, while at the same time eliminating the need to landfill and through Quanta’s technology, produce a clean coal that can produce clean electric energy with literally no toxic emissions. Giacomo is a founding partner of Quanta, who over several years has introduced the “Quanta Story” to countries all over the World and believes it will revolutionize the way waste is processed.
Giacomo is an avid golfer and sports fan who coached youth hockey in Michigan for over twelve years. He’s the past President and current trustee for the Cepranese Club of Michigan- a charitable, fraternal Italian cultural club. He’s an avid aviation and aerospace enthusiast, a private winemaker and is fluent in Italian.
